Purpose of the Website
The primary purpose of maaccp.com is to provide information about The Animator's MAAC Connaught Place center – including details of courses offered, admissions, events, and other updates. This website serves as a guide and promotional platform for prospective and current students of our center. It also enables visitors to request more information (through forms or contact links). We strive to ensure that all content is informative and relevant to our audience. However, the content is for general information purposes only and should not be considered a binding representation. For official confirmation of any course details (such as current fees, schedules, or curriculum), please contact us directly or visit our center – those will be governed by the enrollment documentation provided at the institute.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party. Specifically:
- You will not attempt to disrupt the functionality or security of the website (for example, by introducing viruses, malware, or engaging in hacking attempts).
- You will not use the site to upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or obscene, or that harasses or disturbs others.

Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer
While we endeavor to keep all information on maaccp.com accurate and up-to-date, the education domain is dynamic. Course structures, duration, fees, schedules, and other details may change from time to time. The website content is provided "as is" and we do not warrant its absolute accuracy or completeness.
- Academics and Courses: The outlines provided for courses (curriculum topics, software covered, etc.) represent the current planned content at the time of publishing. However, MAAC reserves the right to modify course content to keep it industry-relevant. We'll always strive to match what is communicated, but minor variations may occur (for instance, adding a new software or replacing a module).
- Employability: Any mentions of placement assistance or career outcomes on the site are intended as guidance based on past results. These should not be interpreted as guarantees for future students. Your success will depend on your own effort and various external factors.
- External Content: The site might include links to external websites or embedded content (like a YouTube video of student work). These are for your convenience or reference. We do not have control over those external sites or content and thus cannot guarantee their accuracy or safety. Visiting those is at your discretion (see Third-Party Links section below).
Disclaimer: Neither MAAC Connaught Place (The Animator) nor MAAC/MEL/Aptech makes any warranties or representations about the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the site content. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website – including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the website will be error-free or virus-free. Course Content and Franchisee Operations
MAAC courses offered at our center are designed and approved by MEL Training and Assessments Limited (Aptech Ltd). As an authorized franchisee, we deliver these courses following the standards and guidelines set by MAAC. We do not independently alter core course curricula or certification criteria. Thus:
- All diplomas or certificates issued are from MAAC (Aptech) upon successful completion, and the training at our center adheres to MAAC's framework.
- We strictly adhere to the business partnership agreement with Aptech. All proprietary materials (curriculum, software, etc.) are used under license. Students must also agree to respect the intellectual property of course materials provided (e.g., not to illegally photocopy or distribute textbooks or software).
If you have concerns or questions about how courses are conducted at our center versus what's promised, you may contact our management. We are transparent about following MAAC guidelines and any localized adjustments (like extra practice sessions or special workshops we add) are meant to benefit students.
Lead Generation and Data Use
By submitting your contact details on our website (for example, via an inquiry or "Join Us" form), you consent to being contacted by our team (via phone, SMS, email) to discuss our courses and offers. We use this information strictly for admission guidance and follow-ups. We handle your data as per our Privacy Policy (detailed above).
If you provide your details, you also acknowledge that you are interested in MAAC courses and thus the subsequent communications are not unsolicited in nature. That said, if you decide at any point that you do not wish to be contacted further, please let our counselor know or use the opt-out option provided in messages. We will respect such requests. (This acknowledges compliance with regulations like TRAI in India for not spamming users who have not agreed to be contacted.)
Third-Party Links and References
Our website may contain links or references to third-party websites (for example: the official MAAC India site, educational blogs, or software companies' sites) and also may embed content like maps or videos from third-party services. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes. However:
- We do not endorse or take responsibility for content on external sites. If you follow a link to an external website, be aware that those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
- We are not liable for any issues that arise from your use of third-party websites, such as any damages or data breaches that occur on those sites. Use your discretion and caution (for instance, when downloading software from a link or signing up on another site).

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages).
Specifically, we will not be responsible for:
- The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from any data, information, or services obtained or messages received through the website.
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the website (e.g., in testimonials or comments if those exist).
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website shall not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid to us for accessing the website, which in most cases is zero (as the site is freely accessible). In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAAC Connaught Place (The Animator franchise) and its affiliates, officers, faculty, and staff from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or rights of a third party, or your use of the website in violation of the guidelines we've set. This means you will defend and pay for any loss or damage that we suffer as a result of your actions not following these Terms.
